• Tiled splashbacks to be replaced with whiterock sheets.
• Remove tiles & wooden baton in both rooms & dispose of.
• Clean off walls ready to take new whiterock sheets.
• Supply & install new whiterock splashbacks to both rooms along length of worktop & returns.
• Also in room 2 install new whiterock above butler sink to finish at same height as the worktop splashback.
