• Carry out masonry repairs to areas discussed with client onsite.
• Once repairs are complete, decorate entrance with Weathershield masonry paint (magnolia or cream) up to felt roof level of entrance porch.
• The steps leading up to entrance including threshold step, decorate a 50×50 yellow strip to highlight step.
• Some small tiles 25×25 have been removed from threshold step, supply & install new tiles & grout in.
• Existing downpipe is broken, remove & replace with new downpipe/connections.
• Clean out hopper & check water flow on completion.
