• Fire door remedial works carried out following report carried out by others.
• Supply & install new intumescent seals.
• Supply & install new fire rated hinges.
• Ease & adjust gaps to reduce as necessary.
• Carry out adjustments to Perko closer. Please note these should be changed to a standard fire rated closer.
• Supply & install new stainless-steel escutcheon.
• Remove existing door & dispose of as non-compliant.
• Supply & install new fire door set paint grade FD30s door/door frame complete with new ironmongery as required.
• Supply & install new door closer.
• Corridor wall of managers office requires a vision panel with a speaker installed.
• Cut out 550×550 hole in stud wall.
• Trim out hole with 4×1 timber & glazing beads to take 500×500 toughened glass vision panel with speaker vent.
• Height of vision panel TBC by client.
• Trim around both sides of frame with a 50mm chamfered architrave.
• All new timber to be primed, undercoat & top coat (white).
• 2 rooms in above have defective lever handles & require replacing.
• 2 further rooms have thumb turn missing off the cylinder & require replacing.
• Supply & install 2 new lever handles.
• Supply & install 2 new thumb turns.
