Complete JCOSS washroom refurbishment.
• Remove existing entrance door & dispose of.
• Make good & decorate.
• Remove existing urinal troth & dead legs & dispose of.
• Alter & adapt existing 110mm soil pipe & leave ready to accept new WC pans.
• Supply & install new IPS panel system to back wall of new pans.
• Remove existing cubicles & set aside.
• Reinstate on completion of flooring works.
• Uplift existing vinyl & dispose of.
• Latex floor & leave to set.
• Supply & install new vinyl (colour TBC) with cap & cove skirting.
• Supply & install a range of new cubicles to fit into an area where urinal was removed.
• Remove plasterboard ceiling above cubicles & dispose of.
• Extend existing plasterboard ceiling above cubicles & where urinal was, decorate to match.
• Supply & install new extract vents into new cubicles.
• Supply & install new round recessed downlights into new cubicles.
• Replace all lay in ceiling tiles with new except those with fire alarms set in.
• Remove & re-site existing hand dryer.
• Overhaul all existing cubical locks & hinges to leave in good working order.
• Decorate all walls with 2 coats of eggshell (colour TBC).
• Carry out a full builders clean on completion.
