Project: John Scott Health Centre Hall Parquet Flooring Renovation

Description:
• This room was used for Covid vaccinations & now the vaccinations process is not required in this Hall we were asked to bring this back by removing partition walls that formed consulting rooms. Once partitions rooms removed from site, we carried out the sanding to the existing timber floor.
• Sand, seal existing parquet flooring 16m x 6m using industrial floor sanding machine & dust extract equipment to a grit finish.
• Vacuum floor ready for sealing.
• Apply 1 coat of primer followed by 1 coat of Junkers high performance polyurethane floor seal & allow to dry.
