To completely renovate T1 clasroom including parquet floor.

Description
• Works carried out in Easter Half Term, April 2023.
• Full redecoration to classroom & existing timber staircase.
• Rub down & prepare all previously painted surfaces ready for decoration.
• Apply 2 coats of white emulsion to ceilings & beams.
• Apply 2 coats of emulsion (colour TBC) to walls.
• Apply 1 undercoat & 1 top coat to woodwork, windows, door cills, skirting & panelling (colour TBC).
• Uplift & dispose of existing carpet.
• Remove glue residue before sanding & sealing.
• Apply Junkers prime coat.
• Apply 2 coats of Junkers HP commercial sealant.
• Shoot in timber door to leave smooth closing & locking.
• Isolate lead rising water main.
• Cut out section of lead pipe & install new connector & test.
• Supply & install new boxing in to high level around lead pipes.
• Supply & install new tongue & groove panels where removed.
• Hack off water damaged plaster & dispose of.
• Bond & set with plaster finish & leave ready for decoration.
• Decorate entire wall from floor to ceiling & from internal corner to door.
• Decorate all previously painted walls, ceiling, woodwork & metal work.
