• Carry out patch repair to single ply rubber roof system.
• Clean, prepare & prime box gutter & surrounding roof.
• Patch repair & box gutter, fully bonded in high tensile felt complete with 5k charcoal finish.
• Roof clean required & unblocking outlets.
• All box gutters are full of foliage.
• Remove foliage from roof & dispose of in bags off site.
• Unblock 2 blocked outlets & any others if found following debris removal.
• Carry out water test on completion.
