Project: Refurbish existing kitchenette

Description
- • Isolate water supply.
- • Carefully remove pipework to sink & water heater that pass through the worktop.
- • Remove existing base & wall units along with sink & taps/dispose of.
- • Uplift existing vinyl flooring & dispose of.
- • 2 DSO blanking plates to be removed & wiring to be isolated & removed back to consumer unit.
- • Check all other sockets & fused spurs in kitchen area to make sure they are compliant.
- • Latex sub floor.
- • Supply & install new Polysafe vinyl flooring (colour TBC) with cap & cove over the existing skirting.
- • Supply & install new Greenwich white gloss x2 1000 drawer line base unit, x2 600 base units & x2 1000 wall units.
- • Supply & install new worktops with stainless steel sink cut into worktop with lever handle mixer taps fitted.
- • Remove existing tiled splashback & dispose of.
- • Supply & install new whiterock splashback above new worktops.
- • All pipework & wastes to be reconnected.
- • Silicone seal where necessary.
- • Rub down & prepare walls in kitchen ready for decoration.
- • Apply 2 coats of Dulux diamond matt emulsion (white) to walls.
- • Remove damaged or stained ceiling tiles & dispose of.
- • Supply & install new tegulated tiles for microgrid.
- • All works completed in 6 days & handed back to client ready for use following day.
