• Remove existing door, frame & dispose of.
• Supply & install a new single action FD30s door & frame into existing opening complete with architraves.
• Supply & install new ironmongery consisting of; euro lever latch, cylinder, handles, overhead door closer, kick plate & 2 fire door keep shut signs.
• Apply primer coat, undercoat & 1 top coat to door & frame.
• Seal between frame & wall with intumescent mastic.
