Complete refurbishment of both the ladies and gentlemen toilet area at Gatton Place. Works carried out for Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Gatton Place is a Community Mental Health Recovery Service, works were carried out in a live environment. All works completed within 4 weeks timescale.
1st floor – 2nd floor – 3rd floor male & female WCs fully refurbished.
• Remove urinals & set aside.
• Remove & dispose of all cubicles.
• Remove pans & set aside.
• Remove tiled skirting, make good walls.
• Remove all IPS panels & dispose of.
• Remove all sundry items & replace when new works is complete.
• Remove & make safe hand dryers.
• Installation
• Supply & install new vinyl flooring with cap & cove over existing tiles.
• Supply & install 2no new cubicle range to same layout as removed.
• Reinstate urinals & pans.
• Supply & install new vanity unit with 2no recessed basin & taps with waste on/off controls.
• Carry out inspection on supply/extract for correct working.
• Supply & install new whiterock splashbacks around vanity units ends.
• All mirrors to remain on walls.
• Rub down & prepare all walls & ceiling ready for decorations.
• Apply 2 coats of Dulux diamond matt emulsion to walls (colour TBC) & white emulsion to ceiling.
• Replace all fixtures & fittings.
• Remove & dispose of all cubicles.
• Remove pans & set aside.
