CSF were recently successful in tendering for this project to replace windows, doors, & grilles at Cordwell road. The tender process was an open tender online & CSF were successful with their bid & technical delivery.
- Cordwell Road – Early Intervention Team: works carried out in a live working environment.
- Erect temporary scaffold to gain safe working access to existing windows around building.
- Carefully remove existing worn/damaged cage grilles & dispose of.
- Carefully remove existing timber windows on ground & 1st floor & dispose of.
- Supply & install 38 new UPVC windows including frames, architraves, beading/trims, ironmongery & window restrictors.
- Supply & install 19 new mild steel security grilles, security mesh, powder coated black including security fixings.
- Make good window reveals, windowsills & decorate.
- Apply anti-pick silicone sealant externally & internally where necessary.
- Dismantle scaffold on completion of works.
