A request from Cordwell Road again. This time to install a new porch door, new UPVC windows and security grilles. To be installed in a timely fashion as will be carried in a live working environment.
- Cordwell Road – Early Intervention Team: works carried out in a live working environment.
- Erect temporary scaffold to gain safe working access to existing windows around building.
- Carefully remove existing worn/damaged cage grilles & dispose of.
- Carefully remove existing timber windows on ground & 1st floor & dispose of.
- Supply & install 38 new UPVC windows including frames, architraves, beading/trims, ironmongery & window restrictors.
- Supply & install 19 new mild steel security grilles, security mesh, powder coated black including security fixings.
- Make good window reveals, windowsills & decorate.
- Apply anti-pick silicone sealant externally & internally where necessary.
- Dismantle scaffold on completion of works.
