Albion Street Group Practice – staff room: ceiling & wall decoration
• Staff kitchen ceiling has had a leak & covered in gaffer tape with cracks & is an Artex asbestos ceiling.
• Protect floor with polythene to contain waste materials.
• Isolate 3no lights & 1no smoke detector prior to removing ceiling.
• Remove non licensed asbestos ceiling, carefully wrap in 500g polythene, taped & sealed.
• Take to licensed disposal centre.
• Refit 3no lights & 1no smoke detector.
• Supply & install 1no new 1800 LED luminaire to replace damaged one.
• Staff rest room ceiling removed following asbestos removal.
• Supply & install new plasterboard ceiling.
• Tape & joint all boards, rub down ready for decoration.
• Apply 1 wash coat & 2 full coats of white emulsion to ceiling.
• Apply 2 coats of Dulux diamond matt emulsion to walls only.
• No flooring or woodwork included as requested by client.
