An instruction from Marina House to remove the old kitchen and install new and updated wall units, worktop and sink.
Isolate water supply.
· Strip out all base units, wall units, worktops, sinks, taps & dispose of.
· Uplift existing flooring & dispose of.
· Remove all existing wall tiles above worktop/sink & dispose of.
· Rub down & prepare walls & woodwork ready for decorations.
· Apply 2 coats of Dulux diamond eggshell to walls (colour TBC).
· Apply 1 undercoat & 1 top coat to door frame (colour TBC).
· Latex sub floor.
· Supply & lay new Polysafe vinyl standard (colour TBC) with cap & cove finish.
· Supply & install new 1000mm base unit with 600mm drawer unit in Clerkenwell gloss finish.
· Supply & install new ends panels & plinth in gloss white finish.
· Supply & install new 1000mm wall unit.
· Supply & install new worktops in white with new sink/drainer cut into new worktop with mono-bloc taps.
· Supply & install 1no DSO (double socket outlet) above worktop, client to confirm location.
· Supply & install new whiterock splashback above worktops & wash hand basin.
· Turn water supply back on & check all working correctly.
· Remove waste from site & leave clean & tidy.
