Room 1
• Move existing furniture & re-site (all PCs must be disconnected prior).
• Uplift existing floor & dispose of.
• Latex screed sub floor.
• Supply & install new Polyflor vinyl (colour TBC), heat weld seam joints & silicone seal perimeter.
• Apply new thresholds where necessary.
• Reinstate furniture back on completion of new flooring.
Room 2
