To clear, clean and install new kitchenette in porters area (including new floor). Replace all fixtures and fittings.
Duration: 3 days
• Isolate water supply & waste supplies.
• Remove sink, taps, worktop, base unit & dispose of.
• Supply & install new worktop.
• Supply & fit new drawer lined base unit with sink & tapes cut into new worktop.
• Rub down & prepare walls, ceiling & woodwork ready for decorations.
• Apply 2 coats of Dulux diamond matt emulsion to walls.
• Apply 2 coats of Dulux matt emulsion (white) to ceiling.
• Apply 1 undercoat & 1 top coat to woodwork.
• Uplift existing flooring & dispose of.
• Latex sub floor.
• Supply & install new Polysafe vinyl flooring flat laid.
• Silicone seal perimeter.
• Supply & install 10m of pipe lagging in room 0325 only.
• Remove existing sink, taps & worktop from porter’s area & dispose of.
• Remove fused spur to old gas box.
• Supply & install new Howdens Clerkenwell base unit & drawer unit.
• Supply & install new worktop.
• Supply & install new stainless-steel sink with mixer tap to be cut into worktop.
• Supply & install new cantilever leg (right hand side) for new worktop.
• Supply & install new wall unit.
• Silicone seal where necessary.
• Uplift all flooring from entrance round to corridor leading to toilet & dispose of.
• Prepare sub floor with latex.
• Supply & install new Polysafe vinyl flooring with heat weld seams & joints.
• Silicone seal perimeter where necessary.
• Supply & install new threshold strips where required.
• Rub down & prepare walls, ceilings & woodwork ready for decorations.
• Apply 2 coats of Dulux diamond matt emulsion (polished pebble) to walls.
• Apply 2 coats of vinyl matt emulsion (white) to ceilings.
• Apply 1 undercoat & 1 top-coat to woodwork.
• Remove waste & leave site clean & tidy.
