I am writing to thank you for your hard work over the summer and for putting up with my multiple last minute demands. In particular I fully recognise how the last minute addition of the examination secure cupboard caused you to have to pull carpenters away from another contract and customer.

I have now completed inspecting all works and have submitted your invoices for processing and payment.

All in all another successful clutch of summer projects.
