St Leonard’s Hospital: Louie Freeman Building – (flooring)

A request to renovate the flooring in the waiting area, reception, office and adjoining corridors.

Waiting Area, reception & office• Uplift existing old carpet tiles & dispose of.
• Patch screed latex sub floor.
• Supply & install new carpet tiles (colour TBC), adhere to the floor with tackifier adhesive.
• Supply & install new threshold where necessary.

Corridors
• Uplift middle section of worn carpet tiles & dispose of.
• Patch screed latex sub floor.
• Supply & install new carpet tiles down middle section of corridors (colour TBC) where tiles have worn.
• All works above to be carried out over a weekend(s) only.
