The partitioning under the stairs has been badly damaged & requires replacing. We were asked to complete this in a timely fashion
Supply & install new metal stud at 400 centres fitted onto a top & bottom track.
Supply & install 12mm ply to studwork for strength.
Supply & install new 12mm plasterboard over the ply.
Tape & joint ready for decorations.
Apply 1 mist coat followed by 2 full coats of emulsion to match existing colour scheme or close enough.
Remove all waste on completion.
