• Uplift existing flooring to treads/risers & landing.
• Supply & install new Polysafe standard vinyl (Nordic grey) to tread/risers/landing were mentioned below.
• Ground floor to landing – 8 steps.
• Landing to 1st floor – 7steps.
• Landing to mezzanine floor – 7 steps.
• Mezzanine floor – 1 step.
• Mezzanine landing to 2nd floor – 6 steps.
• Silicone seal between risers & treads on completion
• Supply & install new cap & cove to landing(s) where necessary.
• Supply & install new double channel nosings “L” shaped, drilled & plugged.
• 40 new nosings needed.
