Renovate Classrooms.
We recently refurbished two science laboratories. These works included removing flooring, work benches, gas pods, basins and installed a brand new updated science lab which included IPS (Integrated Plumbing Systems) worktops with inset basins which we manufactured & installed onsite. We installed new IPS gas pods which included isolating the existing and reinstating the new gas supply (CSF have gas safe registered engineers). New vinyl flooring with cap and cove skirting, new white light LED panels, new ceiling grid and tiles. Fully decorated walls & woodwork. All was carried out to a high standard.
Toilet and Restroom Refurbishment.
We carry out toilet refurbishments which can include removing existing cubicles/toilet fixtures/fittings. We install fully functional IPS toilet cubicles and basins, LED lights, hand dryers, new vinyl flooring, white rock wall protection and extraction fans.
Floor refurbishment.
We can uplift & remove all types of flooring from carpet, vinyl, tiling and can replace with whichever the client prefers. In our experience we usually recommend a Supercord carpet (various colours) which is very hard wearing and easy to clean. We can renovate wet room areas with polysafe vinyl with welded seams where necessary (various colours). Recently we completed a classroom where we installed new vinyl flooring but we installed a half a moon shape that had Supercord carpet inside which the children sit on while looking at the electronic white board. We have installed this in several schools and as a result the teachers have complimented us with how well it works.
Car Park Re-Construction and Playground Renovation.
We have renovated school car park layouts which involve maximising current space, creating as many safe car park spaces as possible. Complete with all new line markings for bays, visitors, disabled parking, loading bay areas etc.

Fire Door Installation and Maintenance.
We carry out all fire door Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) works for many of our clients where we survey each fire door from their fire officer plan and provide a breakdown with costs for the remedial works on what is required to bring this door up to a compliant standard. CSF is BM Trada approved from Exova & AE certified to install new doors & also carry out the general maintenance on any fire door which is necessary to make sure everything is up to the required standard.
Urgent or Emergency Services.
Some customers look for school building contractors due to an emergency. We will act right away no matter the time. We provide an emergency service for any work which we have completed and we know that clients rely on us to be punctual and professional whatever that time may be.
Roofing Installation and Maintenance.
CSF manage all roofing, down pipes and guttering type work for many schools. When required we either attend the site before 8:45am or after 15:00pm to look at what is required. This can range from a new felt roof, loose slate tiles, missing slate tiles, blocked guttering/downpipes. We would provide a quotation with a full breakdown on what is required along with timescales
