A request from the Health Centre to decorate the corridors and main waiting room.
• Rub down & prepare walls, ceilings, doors (41) & frame (41) ready for decorations.
• Apply 2 coats of Dulux diamond matt emulsion to walls (colour TBC).
• Apply 2 coats of vinyl matt emulsion to ceiling (white).
• Apply 1 undercoat & 1 top coat to all doors (41) & door frames (41) within the corridor & waiting room areas (colour TBC).
• All notice boards will be removed & decorated behind, then fitted back in place unless told otherwise.
• Access to all rooms must be made available so doors & frames can be decorated.
• All areas will be protected with Corex protection whilst decorating is carried out.
• All works to be carried out “out of hours” – nights, times TBC if successful.
