• Supply & delivery of 1 mobile boom lift to gain safe working access.
• 2 trained IPAF operatives to transport to working areas.
• Remove rotten fascia board & replace with new.
• Rub down high-level fascia ready for decoration.
• Apply 1 primer, 1 undercoat & 1 top coat in NHS Blue RAL 5017.
• Remove boom lift on completion of works.
