Project: Refurbishment of Car Park, Art Classroom, Library & Fire Doors.
Car park – Lead time 3 weeks.
Regulate, shape & compact existing formation car park with new tarmac surface 630m², edge kerbs, ACO gully drains. To remove large tree roots. Complete with white line car/mini bus parking bay markings to maximise entire area of space.
Supply & install new 7no JCC NiteLED dome mains IP44 medium louvered stainless steel bollards (natural white light) to entrance walkway.
Art Classroom – Lead time 3 weeks.
To remove existing flooring, lighting, blinds, worktop surface, ceiling tiles & dispose of in waste licensed skip.
Supply & install new Duropal worktop surface sat on cantilever white powder coated legs with 3 compartment benching UPVC trunking complete with necessary double data sockets & double socket outlets for PC & network points.
Supply & install new roller blind to all window within classroom colour to clients choice.
Supply & install new 600×600 LED lighting to classroom in various locations with new switching & dimmable for teacher front row.
Supply & install new Polysafe flooring flat laid, welded & silicone perimeter (again colour of choice for client of various colours).
Carry out full redecoration to walls & woodwork.
Library – Lead time 2 weeks.
Remove existing workstations, bookcases & dispose of in licensed waste skip.
Supply & install 30m of Duropal worktop surface sat on cantilever white powder legs complete with 3 compartment bench UPVC trunking with double data sockets & double socket outlets for PC & network points.
Supply & install new roller blind to all window within classroom colour to clients choice.
Fire doors – Lead time 1 week.
Remove existing paint grade fire doors & dispose of in licensed waste skip.
Supply & install FD30’s (fire door half hr) certified Exova approved fire door installed by CSF certified Exova approved operative to install new fire door complete with all new ironmongery.
