Brief of works completed:
Protect flooring & electronic white board.
Isolate, disconnect & remove all emergency light fitting & fire alarm containment, wiring & fittings ready to be replaced on completion of other works.
Erect mobile tower.
Cut out ceiling, baton out ready to take 12no 300×300 fire rated access hatches so gain access to new LED light fittings recently installed.
Remove large wallpaper from hall end & dispose of
Remove pegboard from high level entrance end & dispose.
Make good pegboard with plasterboard, tape & joint ready for decorations.
Rub down & prepare walls, ceiling radiators ready for decorations.
Apply 2 coats of Crown clean extreme emulsion (colour TBC) to walls.
Make good holes in ceiling.
Apply 2 coats of Crown white emulsion to ceiling.
Apply 1 undercoat & 1 top coat to 7no old type radiators & 2no LST.
Dismantle tower, remove protection & leave clean & tidy once complete.
