Renovation of 8 classrooms – 1st floor. To be completed in 2 weeks
• Remove furniture, desks & chairs from classrooms & place in safe location.
• Place polythene to cover screens & any electrical items.
• Rub down & prepare walls & woodwork ready for decorations.
• Rub down & prepare existing ceiling ready for decorations.
• Apply 2 coats of Dulux white emulsion to entire ceiling.
• Apply 2 coats of Dulux Diamond matt emulsion to walls.
• Apply 1 undercoat & 1 top coat to skirting & door frames.
• Sand down existing window boards ready to accept 2 coats of clear varnish.
• Uplift existing carpet & dispose of as in poor condition.
• Apply suitable tackifier to accept new carpet tiles.
• Supply & install new Heckmondwike carpet tiles (grey) to each classroom.
• Replace all furniture back into each classroom & leave clean & tidy ready for handover.
