We were asked to replace the floor to the WCs. This work was to be carried out out of hours to avoid disruption to the Health Centres opening hours and constant daily use.

  1. Ground Floor:       G.07/08/19/39/40 & 41
  2. 1st Floor:                F.22 & F.23
  3. 2nd Floor:               S.07/S.08 & S.09
  4. Isolate water.
  5. Remove toilet pan & place to one side.
  6. Uplift existing flooring & dispose of.
  7. Apply primer to the sub floor.
  8. Latex screed to sub floor.
  9. Supply & install new Polysafe STD vinyl flooring (colour TBC) with cap & cove 100mm up walls.
  10. Heat weld the seam joints.
  11. Silicone seal around the architraves & apply new threshold strip where necessary.
  12. Reinstate toilet pan on completion.
  13. Leave site clean & tidy.
  14. Please note –         these works are based on x 2 toilets being carried out at same time.
  15. All works carried out “out of hours” to avoid disruption to the Health Centre each day.
