Construction Notes:
Cutting through ornate clad ceiling to form access hatches for new sprinkler system then replacing ceiling matching back to original condition. Removal of old chillers from 3rd and 9th floor roofs. Stripped old asphalt roof set out new steels ready to except new three new nine tonne chillers and then recovered roof. All work carried out above the hotel’s top rated rooms which at the time were occupied by members of various international Royal families.
