Request to install new kitchen being mindful of mice infestation and ways to prevent this in future.
• Isolate water supplies.
• Remove sink & waste along with all kitchen units, cooker & dispose of.
• Rub down & prepare walls, ceiling & woodwork ready for decorations.
• Apply 2 coats of Dulux diamond matt emulsion to walls.
• Apply 2 coats of white emulsion to ceiling.
• Apply 1 undercoat & 1 top coat (gloss) to all woodwork – all colours TBC.
• Supply & install new Clerkenwell matt white kitchen units as agreed with client with freestanding electric oven & extractor hood.
• New sink unit with taps & drainer.
• New grey oak block effect worktops with a white tiled splashback from worktop to wall units & stainless-steel splashback up to extractor hood.
• Supply & install electric cooker with extract hood & new fused spurs.
• Check existing ventilation & provide any feedback to client if necessary.
• Supply minor works certificate on completion.
• All existing kitchen units to be removed from site.
