Consulting Room 1
• Rub down & prepare walls & woodwork ready for decoration.
• Apply 2 coats of scrubbable matt emulsion to walls (magnolia).
• Apply 1 undercoat & 1 top coat of gloss to woodwork (colour TBC).
• Remove existing skirting, make good walls with bonding prior to new flooring being installed.
• Uplift existing flooring & dispose of.
• Latex subfloor & leave to dry.
• Supply & install new Polysafe flooring with cap & cove skirting (grey) complete with welded seams.
• Cut back compartment trunking & move DSO’s to take new IPS unit.
• Supply & install 1no Hygipod unit with Contour 21 wash hand basin, Marwick thermostatic taps & back outlet. Once installed seal with anti-pick mastic.
