We had a recent request to replace and make safe this paving area and pathway. a quick turnaround needed as this is always in use.

  • Uplift existing slabs due to Health & Safety trip hazard currently & place to one side.
  • Excavate area to a depth of 180mm below finished level.
  • Grade & compact subbase, overlay a Geotextile terram.
  • Supply & lay 100mm MOT Type 1 to all levels, falls & consolidate with heavy machine roller.
  • Lay existing paving slabs on a new 40mm thick cement mortar bed, all grouted with a dry kiln sand.
  • Supply & install 20m new concrete edgings to sides of area to retain paving.
  • Remove waste & leave clean & tidy.
