Due to rising sub floor damage and wear and tear, we were asked to repair the floor of the chiller room at Bethlem hospital. Investigation was needed beforehand to establish why the sub floor was rising and causing the damage.

  • Existing chequer plate is damaged in Chiller Room & lifting due to sub floor rising.
  • Remove damaged vinyl & dispose of.
  • Uplift damaged chequer plate & dispose of.
  • Investigate sub floor, repair where necessary & report any further findings back to client if required.
  • Supply & install 2no sheets of chequer plate.
  • Where vinyl has been uplifted lay new sheet of chequer plate & run into wall.
