• Various toilets throughout the school have damage IPS panels & cubicle dividing panels including pilasters where locks & keeps have been pulled off.
  • Some taps in the toilet are dripping & the push top operated taps are sticking/not turning off.
  • One of the toilets is leaking & leaving a bad aroma, this will require investigating & repairing/providing report with cost back to client once known of the issue.
  1. All IPS panels will need new fixing clips, some doors require new locks & keeps.
  2. All faulty taps will be replaced.
  3. Remove toilets in boys outside toilet, 1st floor year 4 boys, year 3 boys so bottom panel can be replaced.
  4. Remove all panels so new panels can be fitted as necessary. Fit back all panels & toilets.
  5. Remove IPS panels below sinks that are damaged in year 1 boys, boys outside, girls outside, 1st floor year 4, year 4 girls, year 3 boys, year 5 boys & year 5 girls & dispose of.
  6. Supply, deliver & install new IPS panels to replace all damaged panels in colours to match existing as close as possible.
  7. Year 5 boys & 1st floor year 4 require replacement toilets as existing as damaged.
  8. Supply & install new back to wall toilet pans & seats.
  9. Supply & install 12 wash hand basin taps where required.
  10. The dividing panels in the cubicles in reception toilet 2, year 1 boys, boys outside toilet, 1st floor year 4 boys & year 5 boys have water damage & require replacing.
  11. Remove pilasters & top rail to get to dividing panels.
  12. Remove dividing panels & dispose of.
  13. Supply, deliver & install new dividing panels, place pilasters & top rail back in place.
  14. Reception toilet 1. Remove damaged pilasters the front of both boys & girls & dispose of.
  15. Supply, deliver & install new pilasters & re-hang doors.
  16. Remove all waste on completion.
