Lister Primary Care Centre – Staircase and Lobby Decoration

A further request to continue work at the Care Centre. This time, a refurbishment of the lobby and staircase to freshen up the communal areas.

Staircases & Lobby Decorations:

Erect mobile staircase towers for safe working access.
Rub down, prepare all walls & woodwork ready for decorations.
Apply 2 coats of Dulux Diamond matt emulsion to walls (colour TBC).
Apply 1 undercoat & 1 top coat to woodwork (colour TBC).
Dismantle mobile towers on completion.
Leave clean & tidy.
