Uplift existing flooring & dispose of.
Prepare & latex sub floor.
Supply & lay new Polysafe vinyl flooring (grey) with cap & cove skirting.
Heat weld all seams where required.
Supply & lay new threshold where required.
Remove all waste on completion.
