We were asked to remove the old, dilapidated fence and replace with new fence panels, Arris rails, kick boards and edge boards.
• 6 existing fence panels in the garden area are damaged/rotten & being held up by heavy ivy growth. All need removing & replacing.
• The existing gate has also been damaged & beyond repair.
• Remove ivy growth from Arris fence panels so new panels can be put back in place of & dispose of waste in skip (off site).
• Remove 6 damaged fence panels & dispose of.
• Supply & install new Arris rails 3 per bay & fix to concrete posts using morticed brackets.
• Supply & install 150mm kick boards to each bay.
• Supply & install 5” feather edge boards to Arris rails.
• Supply & install tongue & groove gate onto wall using 2 galvanised T hinges, 1 gate latch & 1 pad bolt.
• Ensure to remove all waste on completion & leave clean & tidy.
