• The existing bathroom has bad mould on the ceiling due to bad ventilation, this has got into the slats in the airing cupboard & the grain of the veneer doors.
• The existing sink worktop has blown as water has got into the exposed end.
• Remove bath panel/plinth & dispose of.
• Isolate water.
• Remove worktop & dispose of.
• Remove all slats from inside airing cupboard & dispose of.
• Clean down ceiling with a mould remover liquid & thoroughly dry surfaces.
• Seal ceiling with a stain block & apply 2 coats of anti-mould paint to walls & ceilings (white).
• Supply & install new shower screen from bath to ceiling.
• Supply & install new bath panel & plinth.
• Supply & install new worktop.
• Refit existing sink & waste into new worktop.
• Supply & install new 400×400 access panel below sink.
