A complete staff kitchen refurbishment.
• Protect existing flooring with Corex protection.
• Disconnect bayonet gas connection.
• Remove over, hob & place to one side & reinstate on completion.
• Disconnect water/waste.
• Remove sink, taps & dispose of.
• Remove all kitchen units, worktops & dispose of.
• Remove extractor fan & dispose of.
• Supply & install new Clerkenwell dove grey matt finish kitchen unit with grey oak block finish worktop that will include a drawer unit, internal bin unit & new sink/taps.
• Supply & install new extractor fan with a stainless-steel splashback & a free standing washing machine to be supplied.
• Re-use existing dishwasher freestanding.
• Existing boxing in around the boiler pipework will be replaced & whiterock loose fitted for access to valves.
• Rub down & prepare walls, ceiling & woodwork ready for decorations.
• Apply 2 coats of Dulux diamond matt emulsion to walls (colour TBC).
• Apply 2 coats of white emulsion to ceiling.
• Apply 1 undercoat & 1 top coat to skirting & frames (white).
• Silicone seal all necessary areas.
• Remove all waste on completion & leave site clean & tidy.
