Wilson Hospital – External rainwater goods & fire escape staircase replacement works 2021
• Erect temporary scaffold to gain safe working access.
• Carefully taken down all existing cast & UPVC rainwater goods including gutters, downpipes, brackets & stop ends ready to receive new.
• Inspect & carry out repairs to fascia & soffit boards where necessary complete with decorations.
• Supply & install new Alumasc Victorian aluminium gutters to replace existing finished in powder coated black.
• Supply & install new Alumasc Victorian aluminium downpipes to replace existing finished in powder coated black.
• Carefully strip down existing metal staircase & walkway section & dispose of.
• Remove existing beam cantilevers, remove mortar pockets around steel work & cart away from site.
• Supply, fabricate, deliver & install new steelwork staircase in accordance with BS EN 10025 standard.
• Supply & install new LED bulkhead wall mounted emergency light fittings to new staircase.
• Supply & install new aluminium powder coated double glazed windows, 30 minute fire rated to meet a minimum WER rating of C.
