Construction Notes:
The works consisted of carrying out anti-ligature refresh to Ladywell Unit on Clare, Powell, Hayworth, Wharton & Johnson wards. All works were carried out in a live mental health ward environment including the Johnson ward which is classified as “high” security ward and where work was carried out in various seclusion rooms. Works included: changing door furniture, new IPS basins, new anti-ligature lighting and general refresh decoration to all corridors, bathrooms and bedrooms.
