Construction Notes:

  • Summer redecoration works carried out over the summer term consisting of corridors, staircases, classrooms & cloakrooms. These works were decorating walls, ceilings, skirting, doors & door frames.
  • Sound proofing to various offices consisting of Acoustic wool set between existing stud uprights, 15mm Acoustic sound shield plasterboard, taped/joint & decorate on completion.
  • Sound proofing to various office doors consisting of automatic drop down seal to bottom of door with threshold with BAT wing acoustic smoke seals both long edges & top of door frame.
