Complete Toilet Refurbishment – Lead time 5 weeks
Strip out existing WC cubicles, pans & basins, flooring, lighting & place into licensed waste skip.
Supply & install solid grade laminate cubicles to maximise amount of cubicles in both girls & boys WC’s complete with new pans & cisterns.
Supply & install solid grade laminate vanity units complete with new inset basins, Monobloc taps & new thermostatic mixing valves (TMV)
Supply & install new Polysafe flooring (colour of choice from client) complete with cap & cove skirting.
Carry out full redecoration to walls & woodwork.
Supply & install new 600×600 LED lighting with PIR’s to WC’s in various locations.
Carry out investigation work to existing ventilation & install new Xpelair extract fans.
Supply & install new Accessible WC complete with full Doc M pack.
Supply & install new Acrovyn sheet white rock protection to all walls throughout both girls & boys WC’s.
Supply, installation & commissioning of an extension to the existing fire detection & alarm system in accordance with the requirements of BS5839-1:2017.
Carry out full redecoration to walls & woodwork.
